Here's a tip... if you're intimidated by the "formal" process of writing articles, talk into a recording device. Just start talking (you can always edit later). I'd recommend focusing on topics that you're interested in because the ideas will come to you more naturally. This process has a great BONUS... an "off the cuff" style is much more popular!
